NIS-Uploader

NIS-Uploader watches selected folders and runs configured tasks automatically in the background.

NIS-Uploader is designed for simple post-acquisition automation.

Configured tasks can watch folders and react when new files appear. A folder upload task can be used to move or copy acquired files into another local folder or a network location after acquisition. The ND2 to OME-Zarr task can export ND2 files into OME-Zarr format for downstream viewing and analysis. At the moment, the OME-Zarr export is local.

Application

Install

Set up NIS-Uploader and review startup options.

Launch

Open NIS-Uploader from NIS-Elements and use the tray icon.
